A lot of people say that high res will help you avoid getting health issues. This is true, but it depends on what kind of high res you do.

“Healthy” high res

Healthy high res is what non disordered people do to lose weight. People who do this never usually eat below 1200-1500 calories. They usually don’t have any health problems and their metabolism doesn’t slow as much.

“Unhealthy” high res

Unhealthy high res is what some of us do. Most of us who do high res will eat between 800-1200 calories. A lot of anas believe that this amount of calories will prevent health issues, but this is not true. You might feel fine now, but in a few months you’ll start seeing THE SAME EXACT SYMPTOMS YOU’LL GET ON LOW RES.

WHY???

Because anything under 1200 calories is medically considered starvation! Meaning, after a while, your body will suffer from eating under that amount.
